We Stock OEM Parts
We can provide many types of Bakery Equipment and Vendor Specific OEM items, as well as off the shelf items. Our warehouse is in Santa Fe Springs, CA so we can ship most in stock items the same day up until 3:30pm PST or deliver locally on the same day if needed.
We stock many items for Revent Rack Ovens, Deck Ovens and Proofers. We also have Sancassiano parts for mixers, elevators, automated and industrial systems. Some of the common items we carry are gearboxes, shafts, friction wheels, metric seals and gaskets, timers, wheels, OEM electrical components, high temp oven rack wheels, control panels and overlays. If we don’t have it, we can get parts directly from the factory in Italy, Spain or other European countries in as little as 2-3 days depending on time of order and factory availability.
When calling, emailing or submitting a request for parts, it is important to have as much information as possible to help us determine the correct part for your equipment as some parts numbers have changed over the years and some parts have been upgraded or revised. Please try to have as much of the following information available:
Manufacturer/ Brand:
Revent, Sancassiano, OVA, Heuft
Model Number and Capacity:
Revent models usually start with 6 or 7, like 626, 724, 703, 620, 7112, 7011
Sancassiano models with capacity are listed with type/capacity GHE220, SE200, GSE252, PLT300, industrial system can sometimes be listed as IRxx or ICxx
Serial Number:
Revent serial number have a sequence example U20-2431-xxx-1920 or
Sancassiano serial numbers are mostly 5 numbers and if you are missing the nameplate we can help identify the serial number other ways.
Date of Manufacturer or DOM:
Or approximate age of machine
Part Number / Code:
If you have a manual for the piece of equipment, please also note the figure number, Item number and drawing number, if available as well as the part number.
If you do not have a manual, we have access to hundreds of both generic and machine specific operator, parts, electrical diagrams, recommended maintenance, utility and programming guides available by request and can be sent by email.
