Our work is based on Respect, Research, and Trust
This is us in three words. At Minipan we know about respect.
Respect for the clients and their baking culture. Respect for bread making methods and ancient recipes. We know that respect is the only way to achieve perfection. This is why we make custom made machines. Because we believe that great recipes deserve it. Since 1957 we develop solutions for every baker who cannot accept compromises.
Research. The essence of our work. We do research on every single project because, as we know we are not the bigger player in this field, we aim to be the best. Our know-how is strong of more than half a century and it keeps evolving, always pushing forward our limits.
Trust. This comes first. Thanks to our loyal clients we keep growing year after year, project after project. We trust in their recipe and they trust in Minipan way of automating the process. It is a strong relationship that goes far beyond the sale and of which we are very proud.

4. GLUTEN FREE BREADS AND BISCUITS All shapes available in conventional recipes are also available in gluten free, for which we have a wide range of solutions.
